Provides clinical pharmacy services and direct pharmaceutical care for patients across the Indian Health Service. The pharmacist is the primary source of clinical information, managing chronic disease patients and providing care for acute patients.
U.S. citizenship is required. Male applicants born after 12/31/1959 must register with Selective Service. Applicants must complete a federal background investigation and maintain medical staff clinical privileges.
This position requires successful completion of a federal background investigation within five calendar days of issuance of the required forms.
