Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and verify medication orders, monitor patient drug therapies, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective home infusion treatment plans.
• Compound and dispense specialty infusion medications, provide clinical consultations, and maintain accurate documentation while ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations and USP 797/800 standards.
