Job summary

The Judge Group in Bend, Oregon seeks a licensed Staff Pharmacist (RPH) to oversee pharmacy operations, ensure prescription accuracy, and maintain regulatory compliance. You will work with a team of three pharmacy technicians while supporting daily functions and upholding Board of Pharmacy requirements.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Pharmacist license, demonstrate attention to detail, and communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist (RPH) license.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Review, verify, and sign off on prescriptions to ensure accuracy and patient safety.
  • Dispense medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Supervise and support a team of three pharmacy technicians.
  • Respond to pharmacy-related emails and communications in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with Board of Pharmacy regulations and company policies.
  • Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, side effects, and drug interactions.
  • Review patient medication profiles and address potential concerns.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and recordkeeping of pharmacy activities.
  • Monitor inventory and ensure proper storage and handling of medications.
  • Participate in on-call pharmacy support as required.

Position Summary

The Staff Pharmacist will work closely with a team of three pharmacy technicians and be responsible for supporting daily pharmacy functions while adhering to Board of Pharmacy requirements.

Work Location

Schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
