Job summary

New England Specialty Consulting is seeking a Pharmaceutical Technical Manager to oversee a commercial data environment, report to the Director of Commercial Data Strategy, and drive data initiatives for the end client in Princeton, NJ.

You will coordinate Snowflake data warehouse, CRM integrations (Veeva), Tableau analytics, and third-party data providers, managing small enhancements and vendor meetings.

The role is 6-12 months, onsite in Princeton with virtual interviews.

Qualifications

• BS in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or CS/IT related field.
• 3-5 years IT or Commercial Business Analysis/Project Management experience.
• Technical understanding of Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and excellent communication skills.
• Proven documentation and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and problem resolution of a commercial data environment (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, and third-party apps).
• Manage small enhancement projects and ensure successful deployments.
• Oversee weekly vendor meetings to resolve tickets and triage issues.
• Provide leadership in requirements definition and customer hierarchies.

Key Responsibilities:

This role will report to the Director of Commercial Data Strategy and Operations and be responsible for the following:

• Oversee the management and problem resolution of a commercial data environment inclusive of:
  • Commercial Data Warehouse (SnowFlake)
  • CRM integrations (Veeva)
  • 3 rd party applications
  • Data providers including the Hub and specialty pharmacies
  • Tableau Reporting and Analytics Platform
• Manage small enhancement projects and ensure successful deployments
• Oversee weekly vendor meetings to ensure problem tickets are resolved
• React and triage issues that arise either internally or externally with partners
• Provide leadership in requirements definition and customer hierarchies

Key Position Requirements:

• BS in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science/Information Technology related field of study
• 3-5 years IT or Commercial Business Analysis/Project Management experience
• Technical understanding of Commercial IT (Snowflake, Tableau, Veeva CRM, SFDC, and MDM)
• Must be able to establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders,
• Possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and be a self-motivated, proactive team player
• Must demonstrate good documentation and presentation skills
• Technical skills to query Snowflake and review data structures
