Job summary

Aurolife seeks a Manufacturing Operator to execute batch manufacturing and packaging in accordance with SOPs, safety, and quality standards. You will operate and clean production equipment, perform in-process testing, and support calibrations and troubleshooting.

The role requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years of Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical production experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team. On-site, Brassfield, NC.

Qualifications

  • Ability to follow detailed written procedures and documentation requirements.
  • Basic understanding of mechanical equipment and troubleshooting.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform batch manufacturing operations according to approved batch records, SOPs, and safety standards.
  • Execute pharmaceutical processing (filling, coating, cutting, etc) and packaging processes.
  • Verification of dispensed raw / packaging materials as required.
  • Conduct in-process checks and sampling during manufacturing and packaging stages.
  • Clean and sanitize equipment, tools, and production areas per SOPs / protocols.
  • Assist with maintenance, calibration, and verification activities for production equipment.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate to minimize downtime.
  • Complete forms, logs, and documentation accurately and timely.
  • Follow GMP guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Train new operators and perform other duties as assigned.
