Job summary

Aspire Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Warehouse Associate in New Jersey to support safe and accurate movement, storage, receiving, and shipping of materials. You will perform loading/unloading, order picking, inventory transactions, and material handling while adhering to cGMP and safety SOPs.

Responsibilities include pulling and preparing inventory per picklists, performing transfers, receiving loads, packing and shipping, operating forklifts, and maintaining clean, organized warehouse records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 2-4 years of warehouse/material handling experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing industry.
• Forklift operating experience required; forklift certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills and experience with inventory/ERP systems; SYSPRO experience preferred.
• Good basic math, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to follow written SOPs, safety procedures, and cGMP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Pull and prepare inventory according to picklists and production requests.
• Perform bin transfers and inventory transactions in the system.
• Receive, load, and unload trucks while verifying materials and quantities.
• Perform order picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping activities.
• Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Maintain required warehouse and maintenance records.
• Keep drums and containers prepared for transfer between locations.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Ensure proper labeling and storage to prevent damage or contamination.
• Follow SOPs, cGMP, OSHA, and company policies.
