Job summary

Cencora is hiring for a full-time distribution helper in Massachusetts. The role involves order fulfillment, stocking, picking, packing and outbound shipping with RF scanning. You will verify received goods, maintain a clean, safe workspace and help ensure on-time delivery.

The position requires reading English and the ability to work overtime, including Sundays. In addition to competitive pay, a $2,000 sign-on bonus and benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping.
• Use RF equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to prevent injuries and ensure product integrity.
• Verify received products against documents and report discrepancies or damages (shift dependent).
