Job summary

Safecor Health is seeking a Production Technician to apply a disciplined approach to packaging and barcoding unit-dose medications in our production facilities. You will help ensure hospitals have access to safe, accurate medications and support continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The role starts with first shift training from 6:00am–2:30pm, then transitions to second shift after training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical packaging training preferred.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare packaging a plus.
• Ability to operate and maintain packaging equipment; adhere to regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Unit-Dose Packaging: Perform all unit-dose medication packaging, completing daily orders as required.
• Workstation Maintenance: Ensure workstation is stocked with all supplies needed to fulfill services efficiently.
• Equipment Maintenance: Conduct daily preventative maintenance on packaging equipment, including adjustments and troubleshooting.
• Labeling: Generate accurate packaging labels in accordance with specifications and verification procedures, adhering to SOPs.
• Compliance: Follow SOPs in line with cGMP and regulatory standards to maintain safety and quality.
