Job summary

Kindeva in Missouri is seeking a quality-focused Manufacturing Associate to support pharmaceutical production and inspection workflows. You will strictly follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMPs, ensuring accurate documentation and traceability across all steps.

Ideal candidates have a GED or higher, at least one year of relevant experience or an associate’s degree in a science field, with pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years relevant work experience or military experience or an associate's degree in a science-related discipline.
• Pharmaceutical manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strict adherence to all batch record instructions,SOP's, cGMP's and all applicable DepartmentalProcedures.
• Qualify on manual and automated inspectionsystems.
• Visually inspect units for defects.
• Weight checks basic units for correct fill volume.
• Maintain proper accountability records (i.e. tallysheets, label preparation, batch record information,etc.)
• Perform appropriate departmental housekeepingduties to ensure a clean, orderly and safe workenvironment.
• Participate in process improvement activities.
