Job summary

Integrated Resources, Inc. (IRI) is seeking a Quality Control Scientist I to perform routine analyses on finished product and stability samples. The role focuses on chromatographic testing (HPLC/GC), data reporting, and documentation in a GMP environment.

The successful candidate will support development and manufacturing operations, maintain instrument calibrations, and ensure compliance with SOPs and safety guidelines while communicating results clearly to team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical science, preferably chemistry.
• 1-2 years of experience performing chemical tests with chromatographic techniques.
• Working knowledge of HPLC instrumentation.
• Equivalent combinations of education, training, & meaningful work experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Conducts routine chemical testing of finished products and stability samples by validated methods.
• Performs tests for strength, impurities, identity and characteristics using HPLC, dissolution and wet chemistry.
• Recognizes and reports out-of-specification results and non-routine problems efficiently.
• Performs daily instrument calibrations/verifications as required.
• Communicates results clearly and documents findings accurately.
• Records and reports analysis in accordance with lab procedures and systems.
• Prepares test solutions including diluents and mobile phases.
• Cleans and maintains work area and instrumentation.
• Complies with SOPs, cGMPs, GLPs and safety guidelines.
• Maintains compliance status as required by company and facility standards.
