Job summary

Siegfried seeks a detail‑oriented QA professional to join our pharma manufacturing QA team. The role focuses on ensuring products are manufactured safely, consistently, and in compliance with FDA and GMP regulations.

You will perform on‑the‑floor QA support, line clearances, inspections, and quality checks while collaborating with Manufacturing, QC, and Quality Systems to uphold regulatory standards. The 1st shift runs 6 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or another FDA-regulated industry.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Solid computer, documentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor QA support for pharmaceutical manufacturing operations
• Perform line clearances, in-process inspections, and quality checks
• Review batch records and manufacturing documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Prepare samples for Quality Control testing
• Support deviation investigations and GMP event documentation
• Utilize quality systems including SAP, LIMS, and TrackWise
• Help maintain a state of compliance with cGMP and regulatory requirements
