Job summary

Amneal is seeking a QA Inspector in New York to monitor and ensure incoming raw materials, packaging components and returned goods are sampled, inspected and tested for compliance with specifications. The role also covers labels and outserts control to guarantee quality through each packaging run.

You will perform inspections, sampling, testing, recordkeeping and pre-release checks across GMP materials, maintain calibration logs and support environmental monitoring.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1 year or more in QA or related field.
• OSHA-compliant respirator fit test required.
• Good basic math and excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and sample incoming raw materials, packaging components and returned goods.
• Prepare samples for chemical and microbiological analysis and deliver to QC lab.
• Maintain detailed records of sampling, inspections and testing activities.
• Perform room, equipment and packaging line checks prior to manufacturing stages.
• Prepare labeling components/outserts inspection reports and release labels.
• Ensure isolation and accountability of rejected materials.
• Monitor facility environmental conditions.
