Job summary

Smithers PDS LLC (Pharmaceutical Development Services) seeks an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager who will be the client’s primary contact and oversee studies to ensure on-time delivery, within scope and quality. This exempt, salaried role offers hybrid work with on-site days after training. Salary ranges from $87,500–$112,500 or $105,000–$130,000 depending on level and experience, plus health, dental, vision, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in Biology or related field with 5+ years CRO experience.
• Advanced degree in Biology or related field with 2+ years CRO experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client's primary point of contact and oversee study conduct.
• Act as Principal Investigator for GLP studies.
• Interpret data and report results for validation and sample analysis.
• Provide technical advice to scientific staff.
• Forecast revenue and revise SOPs.
• Support business development activities.
