Responsibilities

  • Perform visual inspection of finished products according to procedures and quality expectations.
  • Support labeling and packaging, ensuring documentation matches required records.
  • Follow batch records, SOPs, and cGMP documentation practices accurately.
  • Complete production documentation in real time, with legible, complete entries.
  • Assist with cleaning, restocking, and maintaining production areas.
  • Operate production equipment per established procedures.
  • Safely handle chemicals and production materials per safety procedures.
  • Follow PPE, safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Identify deviations or safety/quality concerns and escalate appropriately.
  • Stop work if task presents imminent safety or quality risk.
  • Maintain required training and qualifications for production activities.
  • Communicate with team members, leads, and Quality as needed.
  • Support continuous improvement by speaking up and seeking guidance when improvements are needed.
