Veranova in Devens, MA is hiring a Production Lead to operate production equipment, supervise shift staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while meeting schedules.

You will coordinate with QA, QC, Purchasing, Maintenance and Material Control to keep performance goals and schedules on track.

Qualifications

• AA/BA or equivalent with 3–5 years in STEM, or HS diploma with pharma cert and 7–10 years experience.
• Experience in a production kilo-lab or plant; basic production lab skills desirable.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to provide technical guidance, including demonstrated leadership.
• Good written and verbal communication skills; ability to read, analyze, and interpret English-language materials.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe, professional work environment; ensure performance expectations and tools are provided.
• Provide feedback, train staff, track completion, and communicate performance matters.
• Utilize staff, materials, and equipment to safely produce quality products and improve productivity.
• Ensure documentation, GMP, DEA compliance and safety regulations are followed.
• Maintain operational reports, deviations, and safety investigations; escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Material Control to meet schedules.
