Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Production Coordinator (Operator III) to support the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and intermediates in accordance with cGMP, safety and quality standards. The role coordinates day-to-day production activities and serves as a liaison between Production, QC, and QA.

You will help manage IPC scheduling, review documentation, support Tier 1/2 meetings, monitor progress against schedule, and escalate issues to keep production on track

Qualifications

• Operator III-level responsibilities for safe, compliant API/intermediate manufacture.
• Coordinate IPC schedule, testing priorities, and communicate delays.
• Lead Tier 1 meetings and participate in Tier 2 meetings to address safety, quality, delivery.
• Liaise between Production, QC, and QA for sampling, testing, and documentation.
• Monitor daily activities against the schedule and escalate issues.
• Support routine manufacturing activities, equipment readiness, and documentation.
• Ensure cGMP compliance and adherence to site procedures.
