Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering with 4+ years of experience in process engineering, design, transfer, or validation in pharma manufacturing.
• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of relevant experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology transfer activities for commercial pharmaceutical products including protocols, reports, and equipment compatibility.
• Coordinate pilot, engineering, and validation batches with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and refine process flow diagrams, compounding instructions, and technical docs for commercial manufacturing.
• Apply QbD principles to ensure scalable, reproducible processes meeting quality and manufacturing requirements.
• Monitor process performance during scale-up and transfer to identify issues and risks.
