Qualifications

• Familiar with GMP environments; frontline operations support or startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day process engineering support for sterile vial filling operations and troubleshoot processes.
• Analyze process data and operator feedback to identify trends and reduce variability.
• Improve SOPs, startup procedures, and operating parameters for better process control.
• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality, and safety to drive reliability and compliance.
• Support continuous improvement projects using process data, KPI dashboards, and statistical tools.
