Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical or Electrical preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of process/manufacturing engineering experience in pharma/biotech/GMP.
• Master's degree may substitute for work experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support safety by addressing potential safety concerns.
• Plan, prepare, and execute packaging production schedules.
• Lead operational excellence initiatives across the department.
• Lead cross-functional investigations into deviations and CAPAs.
• Perform root cause analyses for safety, quality and delivery events.
• Generate and close deviations and complaints per cGMP.
• Create, revise and improve SOPs and training materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain alignment.
• Drive process optimisation, cost reduction, and innovation.
• Support development and qualification of packaging and labelling equipment.
• Monitor KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
• Support client audits and act as SME for equipment systems.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
