Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Noblesville, Indiana, is hiring a Process Engineer for a pharmaceutical manufacturing client. This on-site role leads process and equipment improvements, troubleshoots issues, and establishes KPIs in a cGMP environment.

You will drive optimization for new products and technology transfers, lead root-cause investigations, deviations and CAPAs, and collaborate with Quality, Manufacturing, Validation, and R&D.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
• Experience optimizing manufacturing processes and establishing or monitoring process KPIs.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting manufacturing processes or equipment and implementing improvements.
• Experience leading formal root‑cause analysis using structured problem‑solving methodologies.
• Experience authoring deviations, CAPAs, change controls, protocols, technical reports, or comparable documentation.
• Working knowledge of cGMP requirements, validation, quality systems, and document control.
• Experience supporting cross‑functional projects from evaluation to handoff.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement and equipment reliability initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Establish and monitor process KPIs related to reliability, quality, throughput, yield, and downtime.
• Evaluate, design, and implement robust manufacturing processes for new products and lines.
• Support product launches, technology transfers, and new manufacturing lines.
• Lead formal root-cause investigations and develop corrective actions.
• Author deviations, CAPAs, change controls, and related documentation.
• Write and maintain engineering protocols, reports, risk assessments, and process-improvement docs.
• Provide on-site manufacturing-floor support during issues and startup activities.
