Job summary

Aerotek is hiring Packaging Technicians in Allentown, PA for 2nd and 3rd shifts. High School Diploma or GED required. Earn $19.80/hr on 2nd shift or $20.70/hr on 3rd shift, plus hourly bonuses. Position is contract to hire and fully onsite with benefits upon hire.

You'll package, label, inspect, and document production steps in a regulated environment, following SOPs and safety guidelines. Training and advancement potential are offered in a growing manufacturing team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or a regulated environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments.

Responsibilities

• Package, label, fill, and inspect products according to written instructions and quality standards.
• Follow cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and safety procedures.
• Complete production documentation and quality checks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals.
