Job summary

Adare Pharma is seeking a Packaging Operator to join our Packaging Team and perform solid oral dose bottle packaging activities. The role reports to the Packaging Manager and requires adherence to quality and serialization standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic math and reading/writing skills, and the ability to work well in a team within a cGMP environment. GMP experience is a plus and training in SOPs (Veeva) will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma of GED equivalent; or at least 6 month’s related manufacturing experience and/or training.
• GMP experience is preferred
• Sufficient reading and writing skills
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out special instructions on various packaging applications.

Responsibilities

• Perform routing checks to ensure quality standards and no GMP violations during operation.
• Set the slat pattern and operate the filling machine at required speed.
• Disassemble, clean, and re-assemble the Slat Filler parts.
• Load and operate the MGS Topsorter at the required speed.
• Change labels on the Labeler and operate at required speeds.
• Inform the Line Leader and Mechanics of packaging line issues to maintain efficiency.
• Complete SOP trainings in Veeva.
• Pack and scan finished products to comply with serialization regulations.
• Work with team members to meet departmental goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
