Job summary

The Fountain Group is hiring a Packaging Operator II for our client in South San Francisco, CA. The role focuses on the final packaging of clinical pharmaceutical products in a cGMP environment and requires adherence to PQS and safety standards.

Responsibilities include printing, labeling, and final packaging activities, inspecting labels and cartons, reviewing batch records, and supporting process and safety improvements to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 3+ years of manufacturing, GMP, or production experience.
• Ability to perform computer work and operate RF equipment as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive packaging tasks and visual inspections.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Package final products in a cGMP environment following PQS and safety standards.
• Support quality, safety and efficiency improvements.
• Perform printing, labeling, and final packaging activities per procedures.
• Review batch records and applicable documents in a timely manner.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspection of labels, inserts and cartons.
• Review COA-released components documentation.
• Support training initiatives for the department.
