Job summary

Alcami Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot packaging equipment on the 3rd shift, 11:00pm–7:30am, onsite. You will minimize downtime and support changeovers to keep production flowing in a cGMP environment.

The role requires mechanical aptitude, precise documentation, and collaboration with Production and Quality teams to meet safety standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating or maintaining packaging or manufacturing equipment preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in a Pharmaceutical GMP Environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging equipment to meet daily production goals.
• Perform routine inspections and light preventative maintenance.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues and resolve problems independently.
• Monitor equipment performance and support continuous production.
