Job summary

Alcami Corporation is seeking a Production Line Leader to oversee daily packaging line operations, ensure safe, efficient production, and maintain high quality standards. You will train packagers, support shift handoffs, and ensure GMP compliance across the line.

The role is on-site in Michigan with the 2nd shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm) and requires strong communication, documentation discipline, and teamwork in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of work experience in a Pharmaceutical cGMP environment required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily packaging line activities to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Verify adherence to packaging specifications and GMP requirements.
• Train and mentor packagers to perform tasks safely and effectively.
• Maintain accurate packaging documentation and handoffs between shifts.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve deviations.
