Job summary

MRA Recruiting Services is seeking a Metrologist for the Greater Milwaukee Area to support calibration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of process instrumentation in a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

You will work with engineers, technicians, and equipment users to ensure instrumentation remains accurate, reliable, and compliant, while documenting results and following GDP and SOPs. This hands‑on role blends technical work with cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical education or training in instrumentation, electronics, metrology, maintenance, or related discipline is a plus.
• 2+ years of related pharma or regulated environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled calibration, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of process instrumentation.
• Inspect, disassemble, repair, and reassemble instruments using hand tools and precision instruments.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation and components to meet specifications and adjust as needed.
• Support calibration and tracking of metrology standards and third‑party serviced instrumentation.
