Job summary

Amaris Consulting seeks an MES Consultant/Engineer for the pharmaceutical sector in the United States. You will design, implement, and optimize MES solutions to support digital manufacturing and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with MES platforms in pharma or life sciences.
• Familiarity with PAS-X is a strong plus.
• Understanding of GMP and regulatory requirements in manufacturing.
• Experience with system integration (ERP, SCADA, LIMS, or related).
• Excellent communication for collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain MES applications to support manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and IT teams to translate business needs into MES solutions.
• Support integration of MES with ERP, LIMS, SCADA, and other manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot MES-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to manufacturing processes.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for effective system utilization.
• Ensure GMP, FDA and other regulatory standards in system configuration and validation.
• Contribute to system upgrades, migrations and continual improvement initiatives.
• Participate in project delivery within an agile or structured framework.
