EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to support Account Services and Project Management. The role covers two growth phases: first learning the pharma world and regulatory submissions, then building agency process knowledge, meeting management, and client relations.

This position offers a path into Account Services or PM with a positive, can-do attitude. In phase two, you’ll gain hands-on project ownership, learn timelines, and strengthen written and verbal

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required.
• Interest in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and online tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Services and Project Management teams.
• Learn about the pharmaceutical industry including regulatory submissions.
• Understand the nuances of tactics, screenshots, documentation, and client systems.
• Build a strong foundation in agency processes, meeting management, and communication skills.
• Manage asset routing, internal systems, and timelines.
• Align with a specific brand team and take on hands-on project ownership.
• Develop and maintain client and internal relationships.
• Adapt to an ever-changing environment with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of project documentation.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project planning and execution.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
