Job summary

Kindeva Drug Delivery is hiring a Manufacturing Technician in Lexington, KY for the second shift. The role supports manufacturing of life-saving nasal spray medications, following GMP procedures and SOPs.

You will operate equipment, complete batch records, and participate in training, with emphasis on 5S and safety. This on-site position offers opportunities to grow skills within a growing facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year GMP manufacturing experience; pharma experience preferred.
• Experience with sterilization or aseptic techniques preferred.
• Ability to follow SOPs and accurately complete GMP documentation, including batch records and logbooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a team.
• Ability to meet requirements for working with controlled substances.

Responsibilities

• Follow batch records to operate, monitor, and control equipment and process parameters during manufacturing.
• Complete training and follow SOPs to clean, sanitize, and prepare process equipment and production rooms.
• Accurately complete GMP documentation (batch records and logbooks).
• Maintain manufacturing areas following 5S principles.
• Assist with training and onboarding other manufacturing team members.
• Assist with validation protocols for manufacturing and support equipment.
• Participate in routine preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment.
• Identify and elevate equipment or process issues affecting operations.
• Recommend process or facility improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
