Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a hands-on manufacturing technician to operate, troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize sophisticated pharmaceutical equipment in a highly regulated setting. You will generate GMP-compliant documentation and support production from raw materials to patient-ready products, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience in a regulated environment (GMP/ISO) or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant technical exposure.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment and resolve mechanical issues.
• Proficient in creating and maintaining GMP-compliant documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets).

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and support advanced pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Transform raw materials into intermediate and final patient-ready products.
• Maintain GMP-compliant manufacturing documentation (batch records, logbooks, labels, check sheets).
• Perform equipment operation, routine maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Diagnose mechanical/operational issues to minimize downtime and sustain production efficiency.
• Support operation and housekeeping of classified manufacturing environments.
• Collect, analyze, and report operational performance metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, and efficiency.
