Job summary

Siegfried is seeking a Project Manager II for the Irvine site to lead drug product manufacturing projects, aseptic processing and filling from design through commercialization. You will assemble project teams, develop plans, manage budgets and ensure deliverables meet expectations.

The role requires GMP manufacturing experience, strong communication and leadership, and proficiency with Microsoft Project and SharePoint. A BS degree is required; PMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years’ GMP manufacturing/product development experience.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble project teams, develop plans and timelines, manage budgets and conduct routine project meetings.
• Coordinate with external customers and internal teams; ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
• Develop scope of work for drug product manufacturing projects and manage technical transfer.
• Lead cross-functional activities with Engineering, Purchasing, QA, Manufacturing, and Maintenance.
