Qualifications

• 3 years experience in manufacturing/packaging or 2 years in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with solid dose and semi-solid manufacturing equipment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Weighs and samples development and commercial batches in accordance with SOPs.
• Sets up, operates, breaks down and cleans equipment to be used in manufacturing activities in accordance with SOPs and equipment specifications.
• Performs scheduled manufacturing activities in accordance with approved batch records.
• Performs appropriate in-process and verification tests of manufactured products during the manufacturing process.
• Provides documentation of manufacturing processes and test results including maintaining batch records and logs.
• Performs cleaning of equipment and the facility per SOPs and cGMP procedures.
• Troubleshoots equipment during the manufacturing process.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
