Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group in New Jersey is seeking a Production Technician to ensure proper set-up and operation of pharmaceutical process equipment, including granulators, blenders, mills, tablet presses, coaters and encapsulators.

You will follow Master Batch Records, SOPs and validation protocols, maintain logs, ensure GMP compliance, coordinate with Analytical R&D and Quality Assurance, and train operators to uphold quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry in solid oral dose.
• Experience in fluid bed coating a plus.
• High School degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate standard pharmaceutical process equipment (granulators, blenders, mills, tablet presses, coaters, encapsulators).
• Ensure execution of Master Batch Records, SOPs, and validation protocols.
• Complete equipment logs and lab notebooks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper assembly of manufacturing equipment per SOPs.
• Weigh materials for production batches.
• Work in GMP environment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface and consult with Analytical R&D and Quality Assurance.
• Ensure proper training is completed for all operators.
