Job summary

SRG4 Life Sciences is seeking a Manufacturing Operator in Belen, NM for a contract-to-hire assignment in a GMP environment. You will monitor and operate production machines, handle materials, and document process steps to ensure quality and efficiency on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to stand all shift, and the stamina to lift up to 25 pounds. It offers up to $18 per hour, paid weekly, with training provided and potential permanent placement based on

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of GMP environment experience preferred.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
• Willingness to work in a noisy environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and monitor for quality.
• Manage material handling and document usage.
• Inspect parts and complete inspection sheets.
• Notify maintenance of defects and report issues.
• Complete production documentation and process orders.
• Review process orders for specific instructions.
• Follow GMP regulations and participate in 6S and Performance Dialogues.
• Train new operators on procedures and best practices.
• Assist technicians with maintenance and TPM activities.
