Xttrium Laboratories, Inc. in Mount Prospect, IL, seeks an Instrument Specialist to keep laboratory equipment calibrated and compliant with cGMP for ongoing operations. This role ensures maintenance schedules are followed, calibrations performed, and records kept up to date for audit readiness.

You will perform preventive maintenance, document repairs, and analyze measurement data to identify trends, supporting QA and manufacturing teams in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related science/engineering field.
• 1–5 years instrument maintenance experience in pharma or cGMP operations.
• Experience with Agilent HPLC, GC, Dissolution, IR systems and weighing equipment.
• Experience with Mettler Toledo equipment.
• Strong data/statistical literacy to evaluate readouts and calibration trends.
• Knowledge of USP/EP and GMP for laboratory equipment.

Mansioni

• Routine maintenance of laboratory equipment and records up to date.
• Preventive maintenance on all measuring devices.
• Coordinate repairs with equipment owners and document outcomes.
• Develop and perform calibrations; ensure devices are in calibration.
