• Concepts, prototypes, tests, and implements new solutions.
• Organizes and prioritizes program, systems, and technology enhancements.
• Partners in requirements gathering and solution documentation with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinates data and system testing.
• Manages change control and analyzes client requests.
• Identifies problems and designs effective solutions.
• Communicates prioritization of product requirements for business value.
• Supports backlog refinement into user stories.
• Drives team alignment on product vision and value delivery.
• Assists with issue resolution and risk management.
• Inspects progress during sprints and accepts work.
• Contributes to long-term product strategy with innovation.
