Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join its Commercial analytics and forecasting team. You’ll deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and shape strategic recommendations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, strong TA expertise, and basic Python proficiency to support forecasting and analytics activities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical forecasting, commercial analytics, and business analysis within life sciences.
• Experience developing, maintaining, and enhancing forecasting models for global markets.
• Strong expertise in Long-Range Forecasting, scenario planning, and sensitivity analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for senior leadership.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, Power BI; Python for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term brand forecasts for strategic planning.
• Forecast at global, regional, and country levels with actionable insights.
• Build and validate forecasting models, select appropriate assumptions.
• Prepare concept notes, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
• Present findings to senior stakeholders and drive process improvements.
