Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Pharma Forecasting Specialist to join our Commercial Analytics and Forecasting team. You will deliver forecasts at global, regional, and country levels, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic planning.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in pharmaceutical forecasting, deep TA knowledge, and the ability to develop assumptions, create concept notes, and deliver impactful presentations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field with relevant experience.
• Strong TA expertise and pharmaceutical forecasting experience.
• Proficiency in forecasting and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts across brands, regions, and countries.
• Analyze historical performance and market drivers to improve accuracy.
• Build and validate forecasting models and automate processes with Python.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements.
• Present findings to senior leadership to inform decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement through advanced forecasting techniques.
