You will implement plans, deliver sales presentations, and cover a defined territory, engaging healthcare practitioners with approved materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; life sciences preferred but not required.
• 1+ year outside sales experience; life sciences preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for the assigned territory (Territory).
• Distribute samples and record sample transactions per policy.
• Develop sales presentations using approved materials.
• Maintain knowledge of promoted product disease states and indications.
• Deliver presentations to defined customers with planned call frequency.
• Apply selling model and DiSC profile when engaging customers.
• Complete pre/post call analyses to improve interactions.
• Review sales data and manage budget funds for territory.
• Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
• Develop a daily call schedule for territory coverage.
• Submit administrative reports on time.
• Safeguard company assets (laptop, iPad, vehicle).
• Maintain a call average of 8+ per day; 40+ per week with top targets.
• Log calls into Veeva System and check/respond to email daily.
