Job summary

CAI is seeking professionals to lead CQV activities in GMP environments, supporting commissioning, qualification, and validation with a focus on safety and schedule alignment. The role involves documentation review, SOPs, and coordination with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BA in engineering or life sciences, has 2+ years of related pharma experience, and is willing to travel across the U.S. and internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or Life Sciences; relevant experience can substitute.
• 2+ years of related experience in Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences.
• Essential GMP environment experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset; willingness to travel across the U.S. and potentially internationally.

Responsibilities

• Perform CQV activities with a strong focus on safety and alignment to project schedules.
• Support generation and review of CQV procedures and qualification-related documents.
• Assist with CQV review and qualification of equipment design and execution plans.
• Coordinate with project contractors and equipment vendors for testing and logistics.
