Job summary

HR Works is seeking an Automation Engineer in Jayuya, Puerto Rico, responsible for executing automation and validation assignments in the pharmaceutical industry. The role includes troubleshooting, system validation, and compliance with industry regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and be knowledgeable in PLC programming, automation systems, and Microsoft tools. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred to facilitate communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or related).
• Basic knowledge in automation, PLC, and systems.
• Strong skills in managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Apply automation knowledge to pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
• Develop, troubleshoot, and validate PLC and HMI/SCADA software.
• Generate and maintain required documentation.
