FedEx is seeking a Yard Switcher/Package Handler in Ohio to move trailers within the yard and assist with loading/unloading packages. Role requires attention to safety, basic operation of yard equipment, and the ability to sort packages accurately.
Minimum education is none; six months of related experience is preferred. Schedule typically Monday to Friday, 1400–2200, with location at FedEx facilities in the Youngstown area. Apply via the FedEx careers portal.
Responsible for the movement of trailers to and from the unload / load doors and throughout the yard. May also be responsible for the physical loading, unloading and/or sorting of packages by hand, including lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying and placing, in a safe and efficient manner.
M-F approximate hours, 1400-2200. Schedule is based on operational needs. The desired location for this position would be[Youngstown, OH]. Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
Pay: 20.20
