Care Finders, Inc. is seeking caring individuals to join our in-home caregiving team in Danville, VA. You will provide one-on-one care and companionship, supporting clients with daily tasks and health routines in their homes.

Qualifications

• Must be available for weekend shifts in Danville and surrounding areas.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to work weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Assist with medication reminders and encourage healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individualss
• Help with daily carelike dressing, bathing, and meals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalated safety issues as needed
