Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one in-home care in Beckley and surrounding areas. The role offers a base pay of $12.50 per hour, plus rewards and incentives for referrals and reliability, with options for full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals.
• Help with daily care like dressing, bathing, and meals.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate concerns and elevate safety issues as needed.
