Ladders, a leader in Finance & Insurance, seeks a PFMAM - Head of MOSIP Program to drive advisory relationships and growth with public sector and institutional clients. Responsibilities include managing a dynamic sales pipeline, delivering compelling materials, and strengthening long-term advisory relationships across liquidity and fixed-income solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 10+ years in portfolio management, sales, marketing, or relationship management with institutional clients.
• FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63 licensed, or must complete testing within 120 days of hire.
• Strong relationships with public sector clients preferred.
• Experience in business development and knowledge of liquidity and fixed-income securities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new direct relationships within the program.
• Identify and qualify prospective clients for investment advisory services.
• Lead formal presentations to agency governing boards.
• Manage an active sales pipeline and participate in sales reviews.
• Conduct frequent in-person meetings with existing clients and prospects.
• Prepare meeting materials and ensure follow-up with clients and shareholders.
• Attend local government trade association conferences to represent the organization.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a PFMAM - Head of MOSIP Program to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will lead new relationship development and client engagement efforts within a specialized investment advisory program serving public sector and institutional stakeholders. The position combines business development, relationship management, and executive-level presentations to support growth across liquidity and fixed-income solutions. You will work closely with clients, prospects, and internal partners to manage pipeline activity, deliver compelling materials, and strengthen long-term advisory relationships.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $118,170 – $144,430 annually
