Nwestco, LLC in Dublin, CA is hiring a Construction Laborer to support site prep, excavation, backfilling, and material handling. You will assist skilled trades on petroleum-related installations and follow strict safety procedures throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Prior experience on construction or industrial job sites preferred.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment; operate under supervision.
• Exposure to fuel systems, tanks, piping, or hazardous material handling is a plus.
• Safety training such as OSHA 10 or HAZWOPER is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor tasks including site prep, excavation, backfilling, and material handling.
• Assist skilled trades on petroleum-related installations.
• Follow safety procedures, PPE use, and spill prevention.
• Maintain clean, organized job sites with containment zones.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision.
• Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
• Support fuel system construction tasks such as trenching and piping.
• Participate in daily safety meetings and follow safety plans.
