Job summary

Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Associate to receive, pick, pack, and move merchandise up to 50 pounds across storage and shipping areas. You will operate pallet jacks and powered equipment, replenish stock, and support inventory counts to ensure accurate levels.

This role requires forklift certification or the ability to obtain it, plus basic math skills. The position emphasizes safety, efficiency, and accurate labeling for shipment readiness, with opportunities to grow

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED accepted.
Basic math proficiency required.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
Must pass certification to operate powered material handling equipment.
Forklift certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

Place and pull merchandise up to 50 lbs using RF device or pick-module.
Receive, pick, package, and move merchandise for shipment using pallet jacks or forklifts.
Replenish inventory stock as needed.
Perform inventory counts and compare with records.
Unload inbound shipments and load outbound trucks.
Arrange merchandise to maintain storage and inventory levels.
Package items with correct labels for shipment.
