• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform full grooming services including nails and teeth.
• Recommend health solutions to pet parents.
• Manage customer experience interactions.
• Conduct appointment reminders and maintain records.
• Promote salon sales and achieve targets.
• Ensure cleanliness and care of grooming area.
• Take action in case of sick/injured pets.
• Assist in other departments as needed.
