Qualifications

• Prior grooming experience or Salon Academy training must be completed.
• Proficiency in computer applications is required.

• Good communication skills both written and verbal are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform a full menu of grooming services including baths and trims.
• Recommend health solutions based on pet needs to pet parents.
• Manage pet parent interactions in person and on the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the grooming area.
• Take immediate action if a pet appears sick or injured.
