Our Pet Stylists express their creativity as experienced groomers in our busy salons, focusing on grooming dogs (and cats too, if certified) of all sizes and temperaments to ensure they look their best. They brush, trim nails, and perform add‑on services while maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Responsibilities

• Consult with customers and comply with all requests to ensure customer satisfaction, interacting in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Perform grooming services with timeliness, starting shifts on time and finishing pets before the promised time.
• Groom all breeds, style all fur types, and complete specific breed styles requested by clients.
• Keep work area free of hair, clutter, and sanitize tools and compartments between pets.
• Understand product purposes, follow label directions, and assist managers in maintaining inventory by reporting stock levels.
• Treat equipment and tools with care, assist with simple maintenance, and report mechanical failures to the manager in writing.
• Interact with managers and staff to ensure the salon runs smoothly and meets the highest expectations of service and product quality.
